  Drink Water 

  • Dehydration causes headache and drinking water helps you to rehydrate your body and it also prevent your body from headache.
  • Water is the most vital or essential for human body because it prevent you from all the diseases which occurs from the dehydration.
  • Eating food with high water content like watermelon, celery and cucumber to your diet also helps you to prevent headache.
